Appointed by Overstrand Municipality to oversee the facilitation process with regard to the land development within the municipal area. The brief includes coordination between the facilitator, Cavcor, on behalf of the municipality, and the Developers, Town Planners and Land Surveyors on the different projects.
Hawston
Co-ordination of development and survey of industrial layout in Hawston to assist various NGO's to provide much needed work opportunities by making the correctly zoned land available. We are presently also involved in the co-ordination of the development team for a further 300 housing units in Hawston on behalf of the community.
